No.4 Hydrating Glow Mineral Toner is an intensely hydrating and glow-inducing toner designed to restore skin's moisture balance and give it a fresh, healthy appearance. The light, watery texture is quickly absorbed and works perfectly as the first care step after cleansing to prepare the skin for subsequent serum and cream.
