K-Beauty should be easy and fun, there are so many products out there, so we put together a box with products you might never have tried otherwise, and of course at a very affordable price. Surprise, pampering and K-beauty delivered to your door.

I have signed up for your newsletter, now what?

Thank you for that! We value you seeing us as a supplier to you of our quality products. We hate "spam" ourselves so expect to hear from us only about once a month, maybe twice if we come up with some crazy offers, e.g. when we hit Christmas, Black Friday and other exciting times of the year. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When will you withdraw the money for my purchases?

When you shop with us, the amount is reserved when you place your order. We only withdraw the money once your order has been shipped.

When will my goods arrive?

We pack until 5 pm every day, except on weekends & holidays. You can easily track your package with your tracking number, if necessary download the PostNord app. We only ship with PostNord. The delivery time is typically 1–3 business days from the day your order is shipped.

What does EXP mean on my product?

Expiry Date

This is the sell-by date. The packaging shows a picture of the product open, as well as months after opening, this is the best-before date. (PAO symbol)

What does MFD mean on my product?

Manufacture Production Date

The manufacturer's production date, equal to 3 years (unless otherwise stated), then you have the last sale date. The packaging shows a picture of the product open, as well as months after opening, this is the last use date. (PAO symbol)

Can men use the products?

Yes! All the products on the site can be used by men, and to make it a little easier for you, we have created a "Men's Box" under "Beauty-Box" with a good selection.

Can I use the products while pregnant?

Yes! But there are things all pregnant women should avoid, such as retinol to name one. Use our search box and type "pregnant". Remember that due to your hormonal changes, the products may cause you to temporarily change your scent. If you are in doubt, write or call us.

I'm still confused, where should I start, what should I buy?

It's normal to be hesitant at first. We recommend starting with the most important basic products: a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, and sunscreen. Once you have the basics down, you can gradually add more products based on your skin type and needs. We can tailor a skincare routine to your needs. Write or call us and we'll help you.

What about the environment, vegan & animals?

We prioritize brands that take responsibility for both the environment and animal welfare. Many of our products are vegan and not tested on animals, but as the range varies from brand to brand, we always recommend checking the product description for accurate information. Korea takes great pride in/has strict rules regarding protecting the environment, using vegan products and "Cruelty-free" (not tested on animals). In this way, we help change the footprint, which we support 110%.

The products have small quantities?

The products often have small quantities as they are formulated with concentrated active ingredients that only require a little at a time. This means that the product typically lasts longer than its size suggests.

Why don't you have free shipping?

We have chosen not to offer free shipping. Instead, we use our resources to include small gifts with your order, giving you the opportunity to try new Korean products and get more value for your money.

Do you hold competitions?

Yes we do, the winner is drawn via the registered customers who have shopped with us - all registered customers participate on equal terms. See more about this on the competition rules page when it runs.

Do you have a points club?

Instead of a points club, we have chosen a more personal approach. At Hanami Skin, loyalty is about experience, quality and consideration – not points and conditions.

What if a dispute arises?

We always find a reasonable solution with our customers, in the extremely rare cases where mistakes have been made. For us, it is not about being right if problems arise, it is about acting honestly, in a timely manner and with the customer in focus.

Who is Hanami Skin?

The webshop is family-run and created from a passion for Korean skincare and the desire to make K-beauty more manageable. We help customers find products that suit their skin and needs – without unnecessarily complex language or cluttered routines.

Where do you get your product from?

We work with carefully selected international suppliers and Korean brands to ensure you receive authentic, original products. All of our products are purchased directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors to guarantee quality, safety and traceability. We only choose partners who meet our standards for product quality, authenticity and documentation.

What is your commercial and legal information?

This is always boring reading. There is nothing strange or sophisticated in them, in other words, they are completely standard. You will find them at the bottom of the page.
