K-Beauty

K-Beauty… What is it?

Some have also heard of K-Pop, but we'll leave that aside for now.
(K-Beauty is born from K-Pop)

The hallmarks of K-Beauty include an innovative use of ingredients, a multi-step skincare routine (often 10 steps, but 5 or 3 will do), and a philosophy of preventing skin problems rather than treating them. Which is a holistic approach to healthy skin through innovative, often natural ingredients and meticulous routines. The goal is to create moisturized, healthy, glowing and resilient skin, and the products are not only skin care, but can also contain makeup benefits. Many products combine skincare and makeup, e.g. BB & CC creams that contain moisturizing and active ingredients, or a foundation that also moisturizes.

K-Beauty is known for using innovative and natural ingredients, such as centella asiatica, snail slime, rice milk, bee venom, and various herbs like ginseng. Competition in South Korea also leads to many experimental products.

We all know that skincare can be a big "how do I do it, where do I start, what's good?". I've made explanations, as well as guides under Practical Information , so don't give up, it's easier than you think.

Remember, your skin deserves love, and so do you!
