Impure skin

Acne, or blackheads, is a skin condition that occurs when the sebaceous glands and hair follicles become clogged with excess sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria, leading to blackheads, whiteheads and inflamed pimples. It often affects adolescents during puberty due to hormonal changes, but can also occur at any age and affect the face, chest and back.
